Cosmos Technologies, Inc. ("Cosmos," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our AI-powered creative platform.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us:

• Account information (email address, name, password)
• Payment information (processed securely by our payment provider)
• Content you upload to your Library (videos, photos, documents, and their details)
• Content you create (prompts, generated images, videos)
• Searches you run in Cosmos or through a connected AI app
• Usage data (features used, generation history)

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services
• Process transactions and send related information
• Send technical notices and support messages
• Respond to your comments and questions
• Track and award credits for views on shared content

Connected AI Apps

You can connect an AI app, such as Claude or ChatGPT, to your Cosmos Library. An app gets access when you, or an administrator of your organization, approve it in Cosmos, and only to your organization's Library. A connected app can search your Library, see Library statistics including how many videos you have opened in Cosmos, and, if you allow it, create share links for videos. Cosmos receives the searches the app sends, not your conversations with the app. Results returned to the app are handled by the app's provider under its own terms. You can disconnect apps you authorized in Cosmos Settings; administrators can revoke organization keys there. Disconnecting does not turn off share links the app already created; you can turn those off in Cosmos.

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create using Cosmos. Paid plans include a commercial license for all generated content. We do not use your private content to train AI models without your explicit consent.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, cloud hosting, AI processing, and analytics. When you create a share link, anyone with the link can view the shared content unless the link is password protected.

Data Retention

We keep your information, including your account, Library content, and search history, until you delete it in Cosmos or ask us to delete it at hello@meetcosmos.com. AI app connections you approve by signing in expire 30 days after approval; organization keys last until an administrator revokes them.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
